I had this book with me living in Uganda.  It was so encouraging.  I use it all the time now back in my home culture, where at this life stage, I have my organic co-op vegetables delivered to me. This book pairs perfectly with seasonal cooking. Mennonites are thoughtful, slow paced and preserving history and the planet.  Great resource!
