Avocado Help

We had two avocado trees in Uganda.  It was glorious.  They produced twice a year.

I did not have a lot of experience cutting avocados.  I recommend this gadget.  It is worth your space if you are moving somewhere you might have an avocado tree OR if you love avocados and don't have a tree. You just have to cut the avocado in two and then this guy gets your seed out.  You then can cut slices in the peel and then smoothly extract the slices beautifully on a plate.  As opposed to the hack job I used to do...
