The Basic White Sauce

I use this white sauce ALL.THE.TIME. It is so versatile. I learned about it in Uganda because we had to make most things from scratch. It works for me to save money, calories AND no preservatives! I add it to red sauce for a rosé sauce and I put parmesan cheese and garlic in it to make a fast and low calorie fettuccini Alfredo. You can easily double and triple it and rebuild your math skills in the process… haha. Once you start making it, and it’s a habit, it is super handy and fast. Enjoy!
