A Sure Bet Chili Recipe

This recipe still gives from Uganda to the USA. I was given this cookbook in Uganda and you can see I hit this one hard. It is super versatile which is a must when you live in a place where you cannot always get certain ingredients. It also doubles up real easy and is good for a crowd. We served this a lot for my husband’s work parties with carrot sticks and corn bread and we still do that same combo in our home country. Chili is one of those endlessly fascinating categories for me to cook and experiment and I thought you should add this to your repitoire!
